| Subject: RE: Tone Def Leppard Subject: RE: Tone Def Leppard Fabclub review 27/11/05 Once again at the forefront, the vanguard of the glam-folk movement, and a cure for glum folk everywhere, came Tone Deaf Leopard. In memory of the recently-departed George Best, they performed 'Playing Footie' to the tune of 'Making Whoopie'. Then a change of instruments (well plectrum at least), before launching into a song conveying the difficulties encountered whilst sharing a one-bathroomed house with a teenager, 'A wee & a shave', again to a very familiar melody. TONE DEAF LEOPARD ARE REGULARS AT ESSESX'S FAB CLUB. THEY COMPERE THE SESSION FROM TIME TO TIME, AND ANOTHER MEMBER WRITES A REVIEW OF THE PROCEDINGS. THIS SOMETIMES BRINGS TOGETHER THE OUTRAGEOUS COMBINATION OF TONE DEAF LEOPARD MEETS STEVE O'KANE. SEE HIS REVIEW OF OUR COMPERING HERE Hi Sue All the Best from Norcsalordie - Hope we may see you at Sweeps - we're on at the Two Brewers at 12.30 Saturday and then across the road to the Eagle Tavern for 16.00. On Sunday we have a spot at the City Wall winebar stage at 11.30 good luck to the Leopards - you are something special regards Martin + Paul |
